In January 2023, IFS updated its guidelines regarding food and product defense. At AHT, we always follow the latest standard, rules, and regulations. That is why we published this news to inform all respected customers, following the last version of the IFS guideline regarding food defense, we review the key point of food defense aspects as follow:<ul><li>Surroundings and construction</li><li>Accessibility to the production site</li><li>Situational factors could increase the risk of intentional adulteration.
